This pivotal role involves delegated responsibility for leadership, CQC regulatory compliance, and service development to ensure all care remains safe, effective, and person-centred.
Candidates must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Adult Care, have at least 3 years' experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care, and hold a clean driving licence.
The role offers a salary of £36,000–£41,000 for a 37-hour week, with a generous holiday entitlement, a health plan, and pension contributions.
