About the Role

Pivotal People are proud to be working on behalf of a respected, family-run care provider to recruit a Registered Manager for a modern, purpose-built medium to large size residential care home supporting older adults and those living with dementia as well as other complex requirements.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, CQC-registered care home manager who is passionate about quality care and team leadership. The home has a strong team, great community reputation, and excellent support from senior management.

Responsibilities of this Registered manager role:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the home
  • Ensure full CQC compliance and quality standards
  • Oversee care planning, safeguarding, staffing and audits
  • Build strong relationships with families, staff, and external agencies
  • Drive a positive, person-centred culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Registered Manager in adult residential care
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and leadership requirements
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
  • A warm, hands-on approach and ability to motivate teams
