Are you an experienced interim manager seeking your next rewarding challenge?

A new interim position has arisen at short notice for an Interim Home manager in the Lincolnshire area, offering the chance to oversee a substantial mixed-purpose site and residential care settings.

This role promises an opportunity to provide a settling leadership role and impactful experience, where your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of care and operational excellence. The role involves managing a diverse care setting, which includes both residential care services, High dependency, and respite care. Currently rated Good with the CQC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance with CQC regulations, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring the seamless operation of the facility.

This is a unique chance to apply your leadership skills in a setting that values quality care and community well-being.

 

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Oversee the daily operations of the care village, ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
  • Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implement and monitor care plans, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Liaise with residents, families, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care delivery.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimise service delivery.

 Essential Skills and Experience:-

  • Proven experience as a registered CQC interim manager, with a strong background in managing large care settings.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.  Comprehensive knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Immediate availability for commencement of the role.
