This candidate brings a strong blend of operational, clinical and commercial leadership, with extensive experience leading complex, multi-site services and driving quality, governance, safeguarding, regulatory compliance and sustainable growth. They are particularly well suited to organisations seeking a values-led executive who can strengthen operational delivery while improving outcomes for people, teams and stakeholders.

Location and package
Based in the West Midlands and open to flexible or hybrid opportunities with purposeful travel.
Salary expectation: £90,000 - £100,000.
