Registered Manager - Spalding, Lincolnshire We're seeking an experienced manager to lead a well-respected Residential Care facility in Spalding, Lincolnshire. This is a brilliant chance to provide leadership across a diverse site, covering residential care, high dependency, and respite services. Your expertise will be key in maintaining their 'Good' CQC rating and ensuring the continued delivery of excellent care and smooth operations. The role involves overseeing daily activities, guiding a dedicated multidisciplinary team, and ensuring full regulatory compliance. Reporting directly to the Operations Director of this family-run organisation that runs multiple care homes across the country, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference. We're looking for a experienced manager with Registered CQC history with a strong background in larger care settings, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills. This role is a full-time post 40 hours per week, commencing as soon as we find the right manager, with a competitive daily rate offered between £55,000 and £60,000 dependent on your level of experience.
