Job Title: Home Care Manager - CQC Registered Manager
Base Salary: £36,000 – £41,000 per annum (DoE)
Location: Rotherham Area
Type of Role: Full-time, Permanent (37 hours Mon–Fri + flexible on-call)

As the Home Care Manager, you will hold delegated responsibility for the leadership, development, and regulatory compliance of domiciliary care services and a specialised Day Centre. You will work closely with the senior leadership team and commissioning partners to ensure compassionate, person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity. This is a rare opportunity for a Homecare Manager to join a highly rewarding environment where continuous improvement is the standard.
Skills and Experience Required
To be considered for the position of Homecare Manager, candidates must possess:
- Management History: At least 3 years of experience specifically as a registered manager within domiciliary care.
- Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and the Health & Social Care Act 2022.
- Operational Proficiency: Proven experience in care planning, risk assessment, and rota management.
- Team Leadership: Strong skills in supervising staff, performance management, and managing contractual expectations/KPIs.
- Essential Logistics: A clean driving licence and access to your own transport.
