Job title: CQC Registered Manager - Supported Living
Location: Northampton area
Salary: Up to £54,000 per annum

Type of role: Full time permanent. 40 hours a week

Role Overview:
The Registered Manager will oversee the overall management and quality of the supported living service, ensuring adherence to CQC regulations and delivering exceptional person-centred care. Leading a team of dedicated support workers, the manager will foster a positive environment where individuals are empowered to achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the supported living service
  • Ensure compliance with all CQC regulations and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement person-centred care plans tailored to each service user.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of support workers.
  • Effectively manage budgets and resources.
  • Build strong relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and best practice.

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a supported living setting.
