Salary: Up to £54,000 per annum

Role Overview:
The Registered Manager will oversee the overall management and quality of the supported living service, ensuring adherence to CQC regulations and delivering exceptional person-centred care. Leading a team of dedicated support workers, the manager will foster a positive environment where individuals are empowered to achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the supported living service
- Ensure compliance with all CQC regulations and quality standards.
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans tailored to each service user.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of support workers.
- Effectively manage budgets and resources.
- Build strong relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and best practice.
Who we are looking for - skill and Experience required:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a supported living setting.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality person-centred care.
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of vulnerable adults.
