About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Home Manager to lead a well-regarded care home located in a pleasant, rural setting near Sleaford.

This medium-sized home provides high-quality nursing, residential, and dementia care. The service is known for its commitment to resident wellbeing and a supportive team environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to lead and shape a thriving care service.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop your care team to deliver exceptional standards of care.
  • Ensure full compliance with all CQC standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Oversee occupancy levels and promote a warm, welcoming environment for residents and their families.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to support the long-term success of the home.
  • Cultivate a positive culture of teamwork, staff wellbeing, and continuous improvement.

 

What We're Looking For

  • Required: Minimum of 6 months' experience as a Registered Manager in a residential or nursing home.
  • Required: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (with a willingness to complete Level 5).
  • Essential: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Essential: A proactive and compassionate approach with a genuine passion for high-quality care.
  • Essential: Full UK driving licence and the ability to commute within 30 minutes.
  • Desirable: NVQ Level 5 (or above) and 5+ years of management experience.
