Job Title: Care Home Registered Manager
Location: Benfleet area, Essex, SS7, UK
Base Salary: £52,000 - £55,000 per annum
Employment Type: Permanent, full-time Hours: 40 hours per week (including some on-call weekends)

About the Care Home Registered Manager Position
As Care Home Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the care team and ensuring they're delivering the kind of person-centred care that actually matters. You'll oversee:
- Care planning, safeguarding, and clinical governance
- Team leadership, development, and staff recruitment
- Financial management and budgetary targets
- Quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement
- Building strong relationships with families and external partners
Key Skills and Experience for this Care Home Registered Manager Role
You'll need:
- Proven leadership experience in a care home or nursing setting
- Solid grasp of CQC regulations and adult social care best practices
- Genuine ability to motivate and develop your team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or commitment to getting it)
- Real dedication to delivering safe, person-centred care
