While your primary goal is to guide clients and build trust, you will also be responsible for driving sales, marketing, and networking efforts to grow our private-pay occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all client relationship and engagement activities, acting as the main point of contact for new enquiries.
  • Create and produce effective marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, digital content) to support local outreach efforts.
  • Actively build and nurture a professional network by organizing and attending local community events, professional forums, and networking groups.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to move-in, ensuring a consistent and seamless client journey.
  • Implement and support local sales and marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and drive lead generation.
  • Collaborate with home managers to develop and execute local marketing plans tailored to each home's needs.
  • Monitor client relationship data and identify trends to continuously improve the client experience and conversion rates.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Required: At least 3 years of experience in care home client engagement or relationship management, with a strong background in sales and marketing.
  • Required: A proven track record in nurturing client relationships that result in growing private-pay occupancy.
  • Essential: A confident and professional communicator with a natural ability for networking and building professional relationships.
  • Essential: Experience in producing marketing materials and executing successful local marketing and community outreach campaigns.
  • Required: Full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel across East and West Sussex.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per year plus a quarterly performance bonus.
  • Hybrid and field-based working.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Ongoing training and professional development.
  • Reimbursed expenses.
