Job Title: Home Care Registered Manager

Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Location: Rotherham S60, UK 

JobType: Full-time, Permanent (37 hours Mon–Fri + flexible on-call)

About the Role Pivotal People is recruiting a Home Care Registered Manager for an award-winning charity supporting Rotherham carers for over 30 years. Twice rated 'Outstanding' by CQC, this organisation prioritises quality. As the Home Care Registered Manager, you'll lead domiciliary care services and a Day Centre, ensuring regulatory compliance and person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities of the Home Care Registered Manager

  • Provide leadership for domiciliary care and Day Centre services
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and the Health & Social Care Act
  • Manage care planning, risk assessments, and rota management
  • Supervise staff, manage performance, and meet KPIs
  • Collaborate with leadership and partners to deliver high-quality care

Skills and Experience Required as Registered manager

  • 2+ years as a registered Home Care Manager in domiciliary care
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Deep understanding of CQC regulations and the Health & Social Care Act
  • Proven track record in care planning, risk assessment, and rota management
  • Strong leadership, performance management, and engagement skills
  • Clean driving licence and access to personal transport
