Are you an experienced Interim Care Home Manager with a track record of successful interim contracts? We are looking for someone within a commutable distance of the home. 

A residential care home in Redhill, Surrey (RH1) is seeking an Interim Care Home Manager to provide immediate leadership and stability. The service, rated Good by the CQC, supports older people who are unable to – or have chosen not to – maintain a home of their own. 

This is an opportunity to step in quickly, ensure compliance, and maintain the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day running of the care home in line with CQC standards.
  • Support, guide and motivate the care team.
  • Liaise with residents, families, trustees, and external agencies.
  • Ensure safe, effective care delivery and resource management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CQC-registered Interim Home Manager (or equivalent).
  • Previous interim contract experience, with immediate impact skills.
  • Strong CQC compliance knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Available for an immediate start.

Contract details:

  • Interim, 40 hours per week
  • £350–£400 per day (DOE)
  • Initial 3-month contract, with potential extension
  • Location: Redhill, Surrey, RH1
