About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a respected care provider for an experienced Registered Nurse Manager (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to lead a nursing and dementia care home in Worthing.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven nurse leader to shape high-quality resident care, supported by a strong senior management team and a committed on-site staff group.

The home is well-established, offering specialist nursing and dementia care in a warm, homely environment. As part of a wider group with services across the South of England, you’ll have access to excellent support and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Inspire: Motivate, mentor and develop the nursing and care team.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain full CQC compliance and uphold clinical governance standards.
  • Operational Management: Oversee staffing, budgets, occupancy and daily running of the home.
  • Promote Quality Care: Ensure robust care planning, assessments and safe admissions to support person-centred care.
  • Build Relationships: Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.

Candidate Requirements

  • Active NMC PIN (RGN, RMN or RNLD).
  • Previous management experience within a nursing home setting.
  • Proven track record of achieving positive CQC outcomes.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards).
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
