  • Experience: A background in sales, community engagement, or relationship management, ideally within the care, healthcare, or hospitality sectors.
  • Personality: An outgoing, approachable, and confident demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage with a wide range of audiences.
  • Proactivity: A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, and Oxfordshire areas is a plus.
  • Flexibility: A willingness to travel across the region and attend events outside of standard working hours when required.
  • Tech Savvy: Competence in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.

Your typical day might include:

  • Visiting care homes to meet with managers and discuss occupancy strategies.
  • Attending a local community event to network and promote the care homes.
  • Following up with prospective residents and their families to provide information and support.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute a new campaign.
  • Reviewing occupancy data and preparing reports for senior management.
  • Building relationships with local organisations, charities, and businesses to create referral opportunities.
  • Hosting an open day at one of the care homes to showcase its facilities and services.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary of £47,500 plus a quarterly performance-based bonus.
  • Car allowance to support your travel across the region.
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the care home sector.
  • A supportive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Why This Role?
