Job Description:
We’re partnering with a small, boutique care home group to recruit a Sales, Marketing & Client Relationship Manager – a dynamic and outward-facing role supporting beautiful, high-quality care homes across East and West Sussex. You’ll take the lead on building strong local relationships, raising brand awareness, and guiding families through their care journey – all while helping to grow private-pay occupancy across the group.

Your role will involve building relationships with families, professionals, and local organisations, creating and delivering tailored marketing campaigns, and supporting care home teams to deliver an exceptional client journey from first enquiry to move-in. You’ll be hands-on with community events, lead generation activity, and team coaching.

You’ll also monitor CRM and enquiry data to identify trends, improve conversion rates, and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in care home sales, marketing, or client engagement
  • Confident in all things Canva and alike to create beautiful advertising and marketing
  • A warm and confident communicator with a professional, approachable style
  • Proven track record in growing private-pay enquiries
  • Experience with local marketing and outreach
  • Full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel across Sussex
