Job Overview

We are recruiting for a Senior Internal Recruiter on behalf of a leading health and social care provider. This role is suited to someone who thrives on managing the full hiring process, building candidate pipelines, and supporting managers with workforce needs.

You will focus on senior and specialist positions within the organisation, ensuring an excellent candidate experience while also managing agency partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior, specialist, and leadership roles

  • Partner with managers to understand needs and advise on recruitment approaches

  • Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, and headhunting

  • Oversee agency relationships and PSL agreements, including contract negotiation and performance reviews

  • Write and maintain engaging job adverts and descriptions

  • Ensure candidates have a professional and supportive experience throughout the process

  • Share market insights and salary benchmarking with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience, including senior/leadership roles (Essential)

  • Background in internal recruitment or experience managing agency relationships (Essential)

  • Strong skills in recruitment techniques and sourcing methods, including headhunting (Essential)

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies (Essential)

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (Essential)

  • 5+ years’ overall recruitment experience (agency and in-house) (Desirable)

  • Experience with executive search or retained assignments (Desirable)

  • Good working knowledge of Excel and ATS systems (Desirable)
