Interim Home Manager - Spalding, Lincolnshire
We're seeking an experienced Interim manager to lead a well-respected Residential Care facility in Spalding, Lincolnshire.
This is a brilliant chance to provide leadership across a diverse site, covering residential care, high dependency, and respite services. Your expertise will be key in maintaining their 'Good' CQC rating and ensuring the continued delivery of excellent care and smooth operations. The role involves overseeing daily activities, guiding a dedicated multidisciplinary team, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Reporting directly to the Operations Director of this family-run organisation that runs multiple care homes across the country, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference. We're looking for a experienced manager with Registered CQC history with a strong background in larger care settings, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
This interim role is for 40 hours per week, commencing on the 1st of May 2025, with a competitive daily rate offered between £200 and £350, dependent on your level of experience.
